Add reviewers using the ProofMe interface

The second option for adding reviewers is to invite them through the ProofMe interface. You can type their email address directly, or you can import your contacts from Gmail, Yahoo, Twitter, Slack or Basecamp into your ProofMe account.

This can be done while you're creating your proof or after a proof is created.

Add reviewers while creating a proof

  • After your proof has finished uploading, you’ll see a button that says Add Reviewers. Clicking that button will open the options for adding reviewers on the right-hand side of the screen
  • Add the reviewer’s email address to send the invite directly to their email. Once you send an invite to a reviewer, their email address will be saved for future invitations

Contact lists may also be imported from a number of different online services, including Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Twitter, Slack and Basecamp from this same options panel.

  • This can be done by clicking on the icon for the service you want to import from and following the prompts
  • Once you’ve imported contacts from one of your online accounts, they will be saved for future reference

Add reviewers after you've already created a proof

If you've already created a proof and want to share it with more reviewers, you can do this directly from within the proof.

  • Open the proof from the ProofMe dashboard
  • Click on the blue plus sign in the options panel on the right-hand side
  • Type your reviewer’s email address into the text field at the top to send the invite directly to their email. Once you send an invite to a reviewer, their email address will be saved for future invitations

Contact lists may also be imported from a number of different online services, including Gmail, Yahoo, Twitter, Slack and Basecamp from this same options panel.
