Approve or reject a proof or file

Approving or rejecting a proof doesn’t affect the functionality of the proof itself. Annotations and comments can still be made to the proof once it’s been approved or rejected.

In ProofMe, you can approve or reject an entire proof, or specific files within a proof.

Approving or rejecting a file within a proof

  • Open the proof and click on the thumbnail in the upper left corner
  • Click on the file thumbnail you wish to approve or reject to select it
  • Click on the thumbs up or thumbs down button in the lower right corner of the file thumbnail to approve or reject the file
  • Once you’ve approved or rejected the file, a comment box will appear with your name on it to allow you to add a comment about your decision

Approving or rejecting an entire proof

  • Open the proof and click on the thumbnail in the upper left corner
  • With all the files in this proof displayed, click the thumbs up, or thumbs down button in the upper right corner to approve or reject the entire proof
  • Once you’ve approved or rejected the proof, a comment box will appear with your name on it to allow you to add a comment about your decision
